How To Change Pedals

1. Things You Will Need
a. 15mm wrench
b. grease
c. set of pedals
2. First remove the drive (right) side pedal by rotating the pedal axel counterclockwise with the 15mm wrench until old pedal is fully unthreaded and off the crank.
3. Next remove the non drive (left) side pedal by rotating the pedal axle clockwise until pedal is fully unthreaded and off the crank ( left crank is reverse thread).
4. Now grease the threads on both new pedal axles.
5. Install the right pedal into the crank by threading the pedal clockwise.
6. Install the left pedal into the crank by threading the pedal counterclockwise.
7. Snug up both pedals on the cranks, remember not to over tighten them.
8. You just installed new pedals on your bike.

How To Get Rid Of Throttle Grip

Throttle grip is where your grips twist on your handlebars with little effort
1. Things You Will Need
a. soapy water (preferably in a squirt bottle)
b. rubbing alcohol
2. Squirt soapy water under your grips.
3. Slide grips off bars.
4. Put rubbing alcohol on handlebars and inside of grips.
5. Slide grips on bars before the rubbing alcohol dries (it dries fast).
6. Wait for rubbing alcohol to dry under grips.
7. Grips should be stuck on bars good and ready to ride.

How To Change a Flat Tire

1. Things You Will Need
a. Tire irons (2 or 3)
b. New tube
2. Remove wheel from bike (quick release or thru axle)
2a. Pull down QR and unscrew counterclockwise
2b. Loosen axle by rotating axle CCW with allen wrench or socket
3. Take all air out of old tube (if not already out)
4. Use 1 tire iron to leverage part of the tire off the rim
5. Put 2nd iron between tire and rim next to 1st iron and go around perimeter of rim, removing one side of the tire from the rim.
6. Unscrew valve cap and remove old tube
7. Inflate new tube with a small amount of air
8. Put new tube between tire and rim
9. Using your hands and tire iron put the tire back on the rim (use hands as much as possible)
10. Use 2 irons to stop the tire from moving on the rim, then use the 3rd iron to mount the rest of the tire back on the rim
11. Inflate tire
12. Mount tire back on bike 
13. Go ride
